Services

Vital Care Associates provides non-medical in-home care services including personal care, companion care, homemaking, respite care, and safety supervision. Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment. We do not provide medical, nursing, or clinical services.

Service Agreement

All care services require a signed service agreement between the client (or authorized representative) and Vital Care Associates. The agreement outlines the scope of services, schedule, fees, and cancellation terms.

Scheduling & Cancellation

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations of scheduled care visits. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee as outlined in your service agreement. Emergency situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Payment

Payment terms are established in your service agreement. We accept private pay, long-term care insurance, and applicable Medicaid waiver programs. Invoices are issued on a regular schedule and payment is expected within the terms specified.

Liability

Vital Care Associates is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the State of Delaware. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, we are not liable for outcomes beyond the scope of our non-medical care services.
